Include the county or jobsite address if available. We use the project location to review applicable building requirements.
For example: commercial building, warehouse, shop, agricultural building, shop house, or other use.
Tell us what to include: building materials, erection, concrete, fabricated steel, or help deciding.
Enter dimensions in feet, for example 40 × 60 × 14. Eave height is the wall height at the roof edge, not the peak. If unsure, tell us the approximate size you need.
Gable or single slope; roof pitch if known (for example 3:12). Enter “Need guidance” if you are unsure.
List quantities, width × height, and locations for overhead/roll-up doors, walk doors, windows, and other openings. Example: two 12′ × 12′ overhead doors on the front endwall and one 3′ × 7′ walk door.
Roof, walls, both, none, or need guidance. Include insulation type or R-value if known.
Include preferences such as screw-down or standing seam roof, wall panel style, roof/wall/trim colors, and wainscot. Leave blank if undecided.
Tell us about lean-tos, awnings, porches, overhangs, gutters, interior columns, clear-span needs, or future expansion. Include code, wind/snow loads, special loads, and drawing requirements only if already known.
When do you expect to purchase, and when do you need delivery or construction to start? Include any quote deadline. Enter “Still planning” if your schedule is undecided.

Our Quote Process

Free material quotes and preliminary building pricing. We provide material quotes from a complete list and preliminary building pricing based on your project size, location and scope. Budget pricing is preliminary; final pricing follows review of your specifications.

One reasonable revision is included. Your initial proposal includes one reasonable revision at no charge. Corrections to our work are always free.

Project development by agreement. Custom layouts, site visits, detailed takeoffs from incomplete plans, major redesigns, multiple alternatives or repeated scope changes may require a project development fee. We explain the scope and agree on the fee with you before starting. The agreed development fee is credited toward your project purchase from Rollins.
